Simply of your variation of interest and our expert team will professionally design the best possible primers that cater for your individual requirements. We then scientifically validate the assay on biologically derived gDNA in our own laboratory and package them for you at optimal concentrations for HRM analysis. The assays arrive with you in less than three weeks and no further optimisation by you is required.

Kit guarantees
These kits are guaranteed to produce a high quality, specific, melting peak across the target variation. Due to the very small Tm shifts that some variations produce, it is not possible to guarantee that primer only kits will give rise to statistically valid genotyping data. For a guaranteed genotyping solution for all variations (including types 3 and 4) we recommend our based assays.
